Job Description
A leading asset management company in Hong Kong is seeking to appoint a senior finance professional to manage their finance operations.
Job Description
- Report directly to CEO and fully responsible for the finance function in HK
- Prepare monthly performance management reports
- Oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, payroll and tax etc
- Prepare financial budgets and forecasts
- Participate in strategic investment and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with listing requirements and all relevant statutory and regulatory matters
- Primary contact with external auditors, local banks and third-party financial related advisors
- Involve in internal control and process improvement projects
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Recognized professional qualification (CPA or equivalent) is a must
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in financial institutions or international banks. Big 4 training is preferable
- Strong knowledge of Listing rules and SFC rules
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required
