Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations in AR, AP, GL & cashflow and month end closing for all entities
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and accounting schedules
• Perform analytical review of financial results
• Coordinate with overseas companies on financial and management reporting for consolidation matters
• Provide general administration support and assist ad hoc tasks when necessary
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for sales order placement
• Communicate and work closely with internal sales persons for daily operation 
• Ensure all sales, products and price data are well recorded and maintain updated

Requirements：

• Higher Diploma in Accounting or above
• At least 5 years relevant experiences
• Proficient in PC skill of word, and Advance Excel
• Matured, Independent, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Positive and can-do attitude, solution oriented and strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua preferable)
• Immediate available is highly preferred
