Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of treasury professionals to ensure that financing activities are conducted effectively and ethically and comply with the organization’s policies and standards as well as relevant regulations and laws
• Establish strategy, policies, standards, system and targets to manage the Group Level cash-flow and borrowings so that there are sufficient funds for it to conduct its daily activities and meet its financial obligations
• Set target and monitor the performance and security of credit, working, and depository accounts held with local and international banking and investment institutions
• Evaluate and recommend investment options, funding sources, and financial instruments that will meet the organization’s treasury objectives
• Communicate and interact with Treasuries of Overseas Business Units
• Establish and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with the external financial community
• Prepare reports & periodic analysis for senior management’s review

Requirements

• University graduate in Finance/ Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Treasury Function in a sizable manufacturing industry or MNC
• CPA or CFA qualification
• Proficiency in MS office especially Excel
• Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure managing multiple/ large scale projects or project deliverables
• Excellent analytical skills coupled with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Excellent inter-personal skills and able to communicate and work with all levels of staff
• Excellent leadership, being independent, with good presentation skills and the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
