Responsibilities

• Follow up General Ledger and Consolidation Reporting
• Perform month end and year end closings
• Perform financial analysis and management reporting
• Perform annual budgeting and cashflow forecasting
• Responsible for internal control and site checking, compliance on companies policies, procedures and process improvements
• Handle audit and tax related tasks
• Any ad hoc assignments

 Requirements

• Formal education in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification is preferable
• Minimum 3 years work experience in accounting, exposure to accounts payable or related area desirable.
• Experience in real estate industry preferred
• Familiar with HK accounting practice, tax issues
• Hands-on experience in consolidated financial statements with tight deadline;
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and Chinese characters input.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, responsible and detail-minded with analytical mind
• Excellent communication skills, high level of integrity and willing to learn
