Responsibilities:

• Monitor the billing system, maintain the system data up-to-date with high level of accuracy
• Carry out bulk volume billing activities including data entry work, data checking, statement printing and sending to clients
• Handle daily administrative work, filing and provide clerical support to accounting department.

Requirements:

• Diploma / F.5 with foundation accounting knowledge or above
• Working experience in billing and settlement handling / accounting field  is preferable
• Attentive to details
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Chinese word processing
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, independent, hard working with good interpersonal skills
• Immediately available would be an advantage
• Candidate with more experience or higher qualification will be considered as Senior Data Entry Clerk
