• Answering the telephone in a prompt and professional manner, addressing internal external customer inquiries, documents, postal and mailing management.
• Assistant to Administration Dept. 
• Meeting Rooms management, Catering service and related hospitalities
• Office facilities and stationeries management
• Other assignments required by Department Heads..

崗位職責：

• 負責和處理電話接聽,收發信件等
• 協助其他部門處理一般行政及文書工作
• 會議室預定及安排及相關會議、宴會的接待及餐飲服務等活動
• 辦公室物品的訂購及派發
• 完成其他領導交辦的任務

Requirements

• Form 5 or above with secretarial training.
• A team member who is Initiative, responsible, strong on communication with good manner.
• Solid ability on computer operation with Microsoft office.
• Good English and Chinese, spoken and writing. Can speak well Putonghua.
• Fresh graduates are also considerate.
• Related experience preferable.
