Job Description
- Diploma or above;
- 2 years or above experience in sales operations/ training at supervisory level;
- Design, develop and implement training activities for frontline sales team including product training and soft-skill training;
- Conduct regular sales briefing to ensure selling skills and service quality of frontline sales are up to standard;
- Review and modify the operation workflow.
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: Basic HK$ 17-19K + monthly KPI incentive + Discretionary bonus;
- 5-day work;
- Working location: Kowloon Bay;
- Good fringe benefits e.g. medical, banking holiday, etc. will be provided.
