Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial support to Director/General Manager
• Handle correspondence independently
• Ensure and follow-up suppliers/main contractors issues
• Full support to the management
• 5.5 working days per week

Requirements

• Degree or above, with formal secretarial training is an advantage.
• At least three years solid experience in Construction / Engineering Company is a must
• Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent in MS office, typing in Chinese and English, with attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
• Self-motivated with a good working attitude , able to handle multiple tasks
• Able to work under pressure while maintain a high level of accuracy
• Immediate start preferred
