Responsibilities:

• Assist Management on operating the department, oversees overall general admin functions, logistics and CS
• Perform on operational report / regular reports / surveys in timely manner and revert to relevant departments for improvements
• Last minute task or Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum pass rate in 5 HKCEE/HKDSE subjects including English Language; or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years customer service related experience, including 2 years in supervisory level
• Good Common of Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Good PC skills (MS Office and Chinese Word Processing)
• Able to work independently and under pressure while very attentive to details
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available preferred
