Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare credit assessment, process credit application and provide recommendations.
- Update regular reports, proposals and presentations.
- Conduct marketing research & analysis for technical & financial data.
- Review/verify loan application documents.
- Handle ad hoc duties assigned by Credit team head.
- Site Inspection and outdoor work when required.
Requirements:
- University graduate or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on mortgage loan approval.
- Self motivated, interpersonal and good analytical skill.
- Experience in using Excel and Power Point.
- Good command of written and spoken English and strong communication skills.
