Responsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement operations, procedures and administrative activities;
• Perform system day end processing;
• Handle client fund/securities deposits or withdrawal;
• Handle new clients account opening;
• Prepare daily reconciliation and monthly reports;
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities; and
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignment as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in securities firm;
• Familiar with CCASS operations;
• Familiar with 2go Trade operation is an advantage;
• Reliable, attentive to details and well-organized;
• Able to work independently; and
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
