Responsibilities

• Contribute to profitability and revenue generation of institutional brokerage business;
• Pursue new business opportunity through prospects hunting, negotiation for business deal and manage the success launch of the new business;
• Conduct analysis to existing business portfolio mix to identify development opportunity from existing business partners ;
• Promote and conduct market research on products, investment ideas and provide corporate access to institutional clients;
• Provide quality and value-added services to the customers for building a long- term trusted relationship;
• Develop, secure and maintain close relationship with major clients/brokers;
• Assist account opening, answer customer enquiries and trade related assignments.

Requirements

• Degree holder, Business Administration or Finance or related disciplines are preferred;
• Licensed with SFC Type 1 and Type 4 regulated activities are preferred;
• Professional qualification of CFA would be an advantage;
• At least 5 years of experience in securities brokerage business for prospective clients based in Hong Kong or mainland China with extensive and transferable client base;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high standard of ethics and integrity and technical know-how;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Positive, with can-do attitude and able to handle ambiguity and challenges.
