Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning/implementation of various types of projects across different functional areas
• Mastering of all the different phases of a project life cycle from scoping to execution phase
• Collaborate and partner with the project stakeholders from various business divisions, IT, external vendors, Compliance, etc. to ensure that project requirements and objectives are documented and approved
• Review and adjust project schedules and budget estimates based on established priorities and available resources
• Function as the project management Subject Matter Expert for the project team
• Resolve issues or conflicts among project stakeholders in managing user’s expectations and elevate to senior management as appropriate
• Communicate delays in critical path tasks appropriately and provide/implement risk mitigation strategies and other solutions for on-time project delivery
• Communicate timely project status, risks and issues to the key project stakeholders on a regular basis
• Ensure the project team to follow all company policies, procedures and standards to ensure consistency and compliance
• Perform project post implementation reviews to capture benefits realization and lessons learned

Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent, with minimum 5-10 years project management experience
  
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communications skills
• Strong business requirement analysis skills, with the ability to identify, review and prioritize business requirements across multiple user groups
• Ability to understand the big picture view of the scope of assigned projects
• Strong coordination skills and capacity to drive different contributors and stakeholders, with ability to reach consensus with all stakeholders when necessary
• Result-driven to ensure assigned goals are achieved on time and within budget
• Capability to identify project risks and mitigation actions to deliver projects on schedule
