Job Description
- Conducted an internal audit review for the internal capital adequacy assessment process to ensure the Bank is in compliance with the HKMA SPM CA-G-5. Scope of the audit included review of the overall management of the ICAAP process, the use of stress testing result for ICAAP, the determination of capital add-on for non-quantifiable risks and capital management procedure.
- Led and coordinated a co-sourcing audit review with an external consultant for the Bank in reviewing the liquidity management procedure, the scope of the audit includes the review of major areas of SPM LM-2 such as the cash flow assumptions to manage liquidity risk, stress-testing and its scenario setup, maintenance of liquidity cushion, contingency funding plan, behavioral assumptions and fund transfer policy.
- Led and performed an internal audit on the credit risk management process of the retail business segment for the Bank. Scope of review included the personal loan underwriting process, debt servicing ratio calculation, loan portfolio management, problem credit management and MIS reporting.
- Led and performed a review on the foreign exchange (“FX”) risk management for the Bank. The scope of the audit includes the overall management oversight on the FX risk management, adequacy of limit framework and FX risk exposure monitoring, selling practice of FX by the treasury marketing team, monitoring of FX settlement risk and foreign exchange exposures of the Bank’s customer.
