Responsibilities

• Handle all client related services including account enquiries, account opening procedures, statement, deposit, special request, corporate actions, etc and ensure satisfactory solution and pleasant experience to clients
• Handle customer enquiries by phone or email relating to marketing activities, product / service launch, stock trading & any service requests by clients.Ensure service level is above standards set by management
• Handle all account opening follow up work and develop securities trading business
• Assist customers in completing the account opening process and facilitate customer deposits for securities dealing.
• Perform Know your client and risk disclosure.
• Handle business support administrative duties, including daily report generation, start/end of day, system check, etc
• Perform outbound calls in-relation to sales, marketing, service and audit initiatives
• Participate in system testing.
• Perform any other job duties or projects as assigned by team manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 1 year’s working experience preferred.  Experience in Call Center/Business Support or securities industry is a plus
• Attained all necessary SFC licenses(or any other license as required)  for carrying out brokerage and other regulated activities (must have type 1 and type 2 license)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
• Good computer knowledge (Excel, Microsoft Access, SAS a plus)
