Business Development Manager

SL&A is looking for a highly motivated, innovative, business development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of design / fitting out / building material relationships with a proven track record. The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients, project managers and developer

Prerequisites + Qualifications:

• Focus on developing and maintaining strong relationship with existing and new clients
• Create workplace strategies and engage clients to increase business growth by delivering sales presentations and preparing business proposal
• Understand the requirements of clients to ensure their needs are being met
• Coordinate closely with design a team during each phase of the project & implementation process
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
