Job Description
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture / Construction Management / Structural Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years’ working experience in local Property Development and / or Building Consultancy firms involving new-build construction, renovation, A&A and fitting-out projects.
- Membership (Associate or above) of relevant established Professional Institution.
- Very good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.
- Proven leadership, collaboration and trouble-shooting skills.
- High level of IT proficiency including AutoCAD.
