Responsibilities: Assisting Project Manager or matters including

• Payment application & negotiation for final account
• Quantities measurement;
• VO preparation, estimation and submission;
• Subcontract and suppliers contractual matters;
• Reporting of Profit & Loss, etc.
• 5.5 working days per week

Requirements:

• Degree or tertiary educated in Quantity Surveyor, Building Studies or other similar qualification;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in construction project and subcontractor experience;
• Well-organized, ability to prioritize and accomplish deadline with limited supervision;
• Responsible, perseverant, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Computer literacy is essential with Auto Cad experience
• Immediately available is preferable
• May work in Macau occasionally.
