Responsibilities

• Assisting in planning overall project development, feasibility study and budget planning in E&M aspect;
• Assisting in planning manpower, E&M consultant and contractor appointment, project programme in E&M aspect
• Manage the E&M team and assist the project team to supervise consultants and contractors for all planning, design, cost, progress and construction quality in E&M aspect of new build and A&A / fitting-out projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinate with in-house project management team, construction management team, value engineering team and interior design team.
• Monitor the E&M team for site T&C progress, site defects rectification and system hand-over.
• Report E&M matters and provide advice to General Manager.
• Occasional travelling is required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical or related disciplines with professional qualification
• Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in residential and commercial development design and project management
• PRC / Macau experience is preferable.
• Good communication, innovative, interpersonal and organizing skills in handling development projects.
• Position can be commenced after February 2019
