Our client is a well-known leading and design oriented architectural firm in Hong Kong with a brand which is reputable for its excellence in property development in Hong Kong and China.They are currently looking for Senior/ Design Architect to join their team.

Requirements:

• Post HKIA qualification or similar
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification relevant experience in architectural discipline.
• Applicant with less experience will be considered as an Architect
• Over 6 years experience in residential/ commercial projects in HK, China and Asia region is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design projects effectively and proactively under the guidance of the Director. 
• Responsible for the production drawings and specifications (presentation and working drawings). Coordination of concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender and construction documents.
• Report to the Director on a regular basis regarding drawing design development issues, design queries, and design coordination issues.
