Job Description
Requirements (Assistant Engineer):
- IVE / High Diploma / Certificate / High Certificate / Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate also be considered
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Management of Building services’ related works of government or private projects.
- Coordinate and plan the projects time, cost and performance targets.
- Track project progress and financial analysis of project.
- Undertaking other areas of project management do may be required.
- Visit site regularly to oversee & manage works on site in conjunction with the consultants and contractors.
We offer 9-day pay leaves and salary packages commensurate with working performances.
