Responsibilities:

• Manage the facilities to ensure effective operation and maintenance.
• Propose and handle improvement works and alteration & addition works.
• Prepare tender documents for maintenance, repairing and improvement works of E&M and builder works and perform the project administration.
• Handle regular maintenance of both E&M and builder’s works.
• Liaise and handle owner’s/tenant’s requests on technical related services.
• Propose energy saving and environment initiative with cost analysis

 Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Surveying or related disciplines
• Corporate membership of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, Institution of Engineering and Technology, Institution of Mechanical Engineer, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (Building Division), Hong Kong Institute of Engineers or equivalent
• Member of Building Services Operation and Maintenance Executives Society (BSOMES) would be preferable
• At least 5-7 years’ post qualification experience in building maintenance
• Preferably with experience in building services system design, maintenance and large scale renovation work of residential or commercial building
• Well versed with relevant ordinance and ISO implementation
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Manager
