Job Responsibilities

1. Planning of cost and prepare quotation.
2. To monitor the progress and quality of work.
3. To ensure the safety and workmanship on site.
4. To attend regular site meetings and organize work as per project manager's instruction.

Job Requirements

1. At least 1 year experience in building  / fitting-out of commercial & retail projects.  Less experience or fresh graduates are welcomed and will be considered as Assistance Site Supervisor.
2. Good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out.
3. Ability to understand construction drawing.
4. Knowledge of MS Office or AutoCAD prefer.
5. Well-organised, hardworking and independent.
6. Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and sub-contractors.
