Job Description

Our client is a Governmental Organization with several Large Scale Projects in Hong Kong. We are representing them to look for a a Senior Project Manager/Associate Director to join their well establish team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

Strategic & master layout planning, overall project management
Manage internal & external stakeholder to ensure smooth project execution
Review Tender Document and Statutory Submission
Station in Hong Kong

Requirements:

Degree or above in Structural Engineering/Civil Engineering/Building or related discipline
12 years’ experience in Hong Kong Projects, previous exposure to large scale mixed-used/residential/commercial projects is preferred
HKIE/RPE/IstructE Qualification is a must
Familiar with property projects from conceptual stage to completion stage
Candidates from Architectural Consultancy or Developer are welcome
