Duties:

• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings;
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants and contractors;
• Conduct condition surveys related to building repair / maintenance projects;
• Assist PM to supervise repair and maintenance projects, A & A works and renovation projects.

Requirements:

• A Degree, Associate Degree, Diploma, Higher Certificate or Higher Diploma in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Building Technology, Architectural Studies, Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering from a polytechnic / university / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or technical institute / college;
• Proficient in PC applications, e.g. Microsoft Office and AutoCAD;
• Experienced in renovation, and Addition & Alteration works is a definite advantage;
• Good project management and communication skills;
• Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese;
• Outgoing, with good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and interact at all levels;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Suitable candidate with less experience may be offered as Assistant Building Surveyor / Project Assistant.
