Responsibilities:

• Has a good understanding and knowledge of e-Commerce business in China and Hong Kong
• Manage existing distribution partners/ retailers as well as persuade and lead them to adopt new and relevant products and services to meet their future needs
• Continue to engage and develop a good rapport with existing partners and keep them motivated and satisfied
• Work with partners and the marketing team on building a relevant product portfolio to drive long term strategic business growth
• Submit regular report and monthly market progress update reports for review and discussion
• Deliver accurate financial and volume forecasting for the accounts
• Provide relevant account performance information
• Contribute to and work collaboratively with immediate team and cross functional counterparts

 Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience gained from FMCG / cosmetics company
• Demonstrate a good understanding of eCommerce platform in China and Hong Kong
• Independent, positive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure in tight timeline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate fluently, both spoken and written, in English and Mandarin is a must
• Proficient in MS Office
