Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Assist in daily operation AR, AP, JV of Accounting department, credit control, and year-end stock take
• Participate in month-end closing to ensure accounting transactions are in accordance with accounting standards and company policies and direct report to Managing Director
• Prepare management reports, year-end reports and liaise with auditors
• Liaise with PRC factory and logistics arrangement
• Supporting other clerical work and warehouse management

Requirements:

- Form 5, LCC&I Higher or above

- At least 3 year's relevant working experience preferred

- Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

- Independent, hard-working, have strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy and mature

- Good interpersonal and communication skills with spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

- Immediately available is preferred
