Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up the sales orders and purchase orders, ensure related tasks, projects and initiatives are completed as scheduled.
• Handle full set of accounts, performing daily accounting duties.
• Handle logistics administration including all shipment & logistics related.
• Liasie with suppliers, handle and follow up sample-shipment with third parties.
• Update and analyze product sales data to ensure the forecast of all products are reviewed and delivered on time.
• Keep filing all books, sales and purchase up-to-date.
• Handle daily correspondences with customers and sales associates.
• Handle ad hoc tasks requested by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, LCC2 or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Quickbooks accounting software, GEts, MS word & Excel
• Motivated, creative, independent and able to meet deadlines
• Team player with sense of responsibility, willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate availability is an advantage
