Job descriptions:

• Prepare and process payments of invoices, requests for reimbursement of expense claims and receipts of funds
• Submit management reports
• Support the CFO in Singapore for monthly reporting
• Process Payroll and submission of MPF, including process Flexi Benefits claims and Income Tax Filing for associates
• Handle audit and tax matters including corporate tax and government claims
• Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings and interview arrangements
• Assist on onboarding tasks; preparation of desk, IT equipment and department lunches
• Administrator of time & rewards system and preparation of the monthly time attendance sheet
• Arrange company gift for associates (hospitalization, new born, marriage & etc.)
• Manage incoming and outgoing mails, office and pantry supplies
• Ensure that all the meeting rooms and general office are properly maintained, and all equipment is functioning
• Support and coordinate all company events such as team building, employee engagement activities and townhalls
• Handle day-to-day tasks/office administration and any other adhoc tasks/projects and assist colleagues within ability, and assist Country Head.

Requirements:

• Immediate or short notice is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Willing to workhard
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
