Job Description

Our client is a top 100 US listed apparel group and they are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor, APAC to support the rapid business growth. Reporting to Regional Senior Audit Manger and you will be responsible for:

Responsibility :

  • Perform financial and operatoinal audits; support the APAC audit team in different audit assignments 
  • Perform operational aduits, Sarbanes-Oxley reviews and other specal projects 
  • Perform financial audits assessing the accuracy of financial statements, risk assessment and quality of internal controls 
  • Improve internal controls, maximise operational efficiency and mitigate any identified risk
  • Execute the audit plan as approved by the Audit Coommittee
  • May be assigned as Lead Auditor role and responsible for supervising the work of other teammates for individual assigned project
  • Support the review and re-engineer workflows, process and operation model to enhance internal control efficiency 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent, MBA or relevant Masters is desirable
  • Professional certificates is requried such as CIA, CPA and CISA or equivalent 
  • Min 7 years of relevant experience in audit 
  • Big 4 trained and with internal audit experience in sizeable US / European MNCs 
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, business processes
  • Strong knowledge of PC sotware such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Exposure to Asia Pacific region, China experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead effectively in a cross-divisional an corss-cultural environment 
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills
  • Willing and capable to travel (up to 40% approximately)
  • Fluency in English.  Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.  
  • Excellent report writing skills in English is a must
