Key responsibilities:

• Management
• Maintain a documented system of policies and procedures
• Monitor & manage outsourced functions especially performed in overseas offices
• Payroll Management
• Supervise local & overseas finance team
• Monitor & review KPIs report

• Budgeting and Reporting
• Prepare and monitor the company's annual budget and quarterly forecast
• Prepare variance analysis to management
• Work closely with UK head office finance team for the monthly/quarterly closing
• Prepare any ad hoc report as requested by management

• Financial Analysis
• Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
• Benchmark & establish areas of potential operational improvement

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified CPA or equivalent
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation with Big 4 Audit experience
• Effective communication skills towards all levels
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Proactive, analytical, result oriented, well organized, diligent and attending to details
• Outstanding knowledge of MS office in particular to electronic spreadsheets
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Accountant
