Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting, finance, logistics, IT, HR and admin functions, to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
• Perform financial projection, annual budget process, periodic forecasting and analysis of operation performance, as well as formulating business plans.
• Evaluate financial reporting systems and monitor financial achievement ; alert and analyze variances ; initiating corrective action and make recommendations for operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
• Responsible for sales management reporting and analysis, provide value-added analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Ensure the compliance with the local law requirements on taxation and any local financial reporting.
• Review procedures & policies to enhance internal control and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Liaise with internal and external parties, bankers, business consultants, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting related discipline
• Minimum 5 years solid experience, with retail industry background will be an advantage
• Well versed with Hong Kong accounting practices, tax and corporate laws compliance
• Knowledge of employment ordinance, government rules and regulations of Hong Kong
• Initiative, well-organized, strong analytical mind and attention to details
• Good leadership and interpersonal skill
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office & knowledge of ERP system and HRIS application
