Responsibilities:

• Contribution in inventory management activities, including monitor the receiving, distribution and inventory transfers, preparation of relevant documentation, etc
• Key co-ordinator to liaise inventory transfer between APAC countries, follow up with HQ/countries/logistic team on discrepancies and supporting documentation if necessary.
• Maintain a timely and accurate inventory record in the system, key player on handling stock write in/off process record update.
• Prepare and review inventory management reporting, such as weekly reconciliation reports and relevant price event reports.
• Be responsible for any ad hoc project.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-4 years' relevant experience in retail industry
• Good time management skills and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good communications skills and interpersonal skills
• Strong numerical sense with logical thinking
