Responsibilities:

• To prepare weekly managerial report on business insights and directions for Department Head in the use of Managerial meetings in the perspective of a Business Analyst and in a scientific way
• Provide actionable business strategies and suggestions to Department Head and Sales Team to drive and boost up sales performance
• Heavily involved in the P&L statement analysis to keep sales business financially healthy
• Provide professional and appropriate decision for Department Head upon an end of shop leases, as to make sure the business is profitable under certain sales channels
• Serve as Project Manager and Sales Manager for newly developed Online Sales channel
• Make sure new features are implemented smoothly; as well as competitive marketing offers on the Online Sales channel
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in major of Statistics and Business Administration would be preferred
• 4-5 years' of relevant experience in Business Analysis or related disciplines
• Proactive and innovative in building strong partnership with Sales Team and support their business strategies
• Advanced people management as well as influency
• Demonstrated to be a team player
• Strong coordination and time management, capable to complete assigned and routine tasks with certain timeline
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Handles pressure well and self-motivated
