Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Conduct sophisticated financial modeling, valuation and return analysis
- Handle industry research, due diligence and other associated tasks independently
- Prepare investment memorandums, presentations and paper circulars independently
- Support the management of the invested portfolio
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors and management
Requirements:-
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines, MBA holder/CFA Charterholder is an added advantage
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Direct Investment/Corporate Finance or related field
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines under tight schedule
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including in Putonghua)
