Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue sales invoices and purchase orders.
• Ensure all shipping documents and information of sale & purchase are maintained properly in logistic and distribution system as well as accounting system and ensure both systems are aligned.
• Actively coordinate and liaise with operation and logistic departments in China office in terms of sales billing & shipment matters etc.    
• Process accounting entries for month end closing, financial reporting, daily routines and other accounting matters.
• Assist financial controller to maintain proper filing system for accounting vouchers and relevant documents
• Assist financial controller to process payments to suppliers.
• Maintain product pricing and update pricing adjustments in the logistics and distribution system.  
• Maintain and monitor shipment schedule and data for monthly sales forecast and cash forecast submissions.
• Assist financial controller to prepare sale and cost analysis
• Maintain fixed asset register.
• Handle intercompany billing within group entities in the region.
• Assist financial controller to liaise auditor.
• Provide ad hoc analysis when necessary

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Sub-degree in Accountancy, strong IFRS and technical accounting knowledge
• 3 years of working experience with; manufacturing and logistic background a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in ERP; excellent MS Excel skill
• Self-motivated leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Meticulous, hands-on, organized, hardworking, strong integrity and possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills
