Responsibilities:

• Review daily cash Flow in/out and forecast;
• Monitor margin call and prepare margin call summary reports;
• Prepare daily and weekly reports such as stock re-pledged report, stock concentration reports and stress testing reports;
• Prepare daily liquid capital computation and monthly FRR;
• Review accounting vouchers;
• Supervise Accounting data entry process;
• Review accounting schedules and prepare monthly Management Accounts;
• Prepare and review Financial Statements, Tax Computation and Auditor’s Report;
• To be involved in Compliance matters such as answering SFC’s enquiries, reviewing margin call reports, stress tests and liquid capital computation;
• Communicate with Banks, Compliance consultancy, External Auditor and Tax Representative; and
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant;
• Degree holder or above with major in Finance and Accounting;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in brokerage industry;
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and analytical skills;
• Strong business sense and excellent leadership and organization skills, able to work under high pressure
