 Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Distribute mail
• Act as first point of contact for visitors
• Office administrative work
• Assisting sales team on sales analysis and sales report

Requirements

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• 1 year or above experience in office administration and receptionist  is preferred
• Excellent communication skills (Cantonese, English and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Cheerful, Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently
• 5.5 days work week
