Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring and supervising a team of pantry assistants and receptionists;
• Handling the enquiries and feedback from the user departments/external clients;
• Performing business partner management and customer service functions for user departments;
• Purchasing, coordinating and monitoring of the catering services for internal/external events and functions;
• Handling general administration functions, e.g. purchasing, payments and etc.;
• Requiring to work after normal office hours, weekends and public holidays in case of any internal and external events/functions and whenever necessary.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Associate degree in administration, hospitality, property management or similar disciplines;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in office administration, customer services or property management, in particular, in handling administrative staff coordination activities;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent in Mandarin and competent in written English and Chinese;
• Computer knowledge of MS exchange, word, spreadsheets and data base software.
