Job Description

Requirements

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in HR Studies or Business Administration
  • 4 years or above working experience in HR administrative support
  • Experience in benefits administrations, preferably in sizable companies
  • Detail-oriented, cheerful, dynamics with good interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese WP
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

  • Assist HR Manager on administering C&B functions and benefits programs
  • Responsible for benefits administration such as MPF, insurance and medical
  • Prepare HR correspondence including probation, promotion, reference letters etc
  • Assist in the execution of C&B programs and maintain HR database in the system
