Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily administrative of full spectrum of C&B function, including but not limited to payroll, benefits & insurance administration, MPF & taxation administration, leave issues, staff movements and other ad-hoc C&B exercises, etc.;
• Assist the administration of HR system and personnel data management;
• Prepare HR monthly reports, cost allocations reports and update HR intranet records;
• Provide general administrative support to different entities;
• To participate in HR projects launching when necessary;
• To handle ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent is highly preferred;
• Minimum 4 year’s hands-on solid experience in payroll calculation, preferably in sizable / MNC environments;
• Experience in HRIS knowledge or deployment is an advantage;
• Practical knowledge of employment regulations, labor laws and payroll practices in Hong Kong;
• Responsible, detail-minded, strong numeric sense, well organized and willing to learn;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
