Job Description
We are searching for a high-calibre IT Project Management Officer / Project Executive / Assistant Project Manager to perform Project Management Office (PMO) tasks in Major Bank.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the IT Project Manager in liaising with different senior stakeholders
- Prepare presentation materials and executive reports
- Track and maintain project expenditure within budget
- Execute the administrative tasks
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business / IT related discipline
- 2 year experience in administrative work
- Experience in IT project coordination is an advantage
- Self-initiative, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Good writing skills (both Chinese & English)
