Responsibilities:

• Prepare internal and external job advertisements and manage regular job posting.
• Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews to select candidates for face-to-face interviews, based on selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies; Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
• Arrange interview for hiring managers and provide administrative support for interview logistics;
• Use the recruitment system to record recruitment process and manage candidate database; Provide on-site support for hiring managers to use the recruitment system
• Participate in recruitment, on-boarding and employer branding projects: job fairs, campus recruitment, internal referral program, new employee orientation, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related subjects
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• 2 years above HR related experience
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties
• Proactive to initiate solutions
