Job Description

Responsibilities:

To provide administrative and project support to the department
To provide secretarial support to Department Head in terms of reporting
To be the liaison officer between operations and administrative departments
To assist Department Head in carrying out internal audit
To assist Department Head to plan, coordinate, lead and document the tasks
To perform other duties assigned by Department Head

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above or equivalent in Hotel or F&B Management
At least 5 years relevant working experience preferably in Hospitality or Food & Beverage industry
Proficiency in both written & spoken English & Chinese
Computer literate and proficient in MS Application
