Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Manage full spectrum of C&B functions and ensure the processes are in compliance with relevant ordinances and company policies
  • Provide strategic inputs in formulation, review and implementation of C&B strategies, policies and procedures
  • Plan, lead and execute C&B new initiatives and projects
  • Lead the annual salary review and variable pay exercise and provide recommendations as necessary
  • Keep abreast of the latest market salary trend and conduct the market analysis, as well as participate in the remuneration survey and make recommendation to ensure the competitiveness of the staff benefits in the market
  • Oversee the payroll and benefits administration, such as the renewal of employee insurance programs which include medical, life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance
  • Prepare the headcount and staff cost budget, monitor the budget and identify anomalies for management review
  • Responsible for data analysis, prepare regular reports and provide insight on HR strategies and drive for improvements   
  • Liaise with IT and service provider in the enhancement and development of HR information system to streamline the work processes enhancing operational efficiency
  • Perform any other ad hoc assignments or projects assigned by supervisor


Requirements:-

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of solid working experience in human resources management with focus on C&B areas, preferably in MNC or sizable organization.  Less experience candidate will be considered for Manager position
  • Hands-on experience in payroll and benefits administration, automated HR information management system
  • Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-initiated and able to work independently
  • Organized, attention to details, have strong mathematical sense and analytical mind
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and other employment related legislations
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
