Job Description

Responsibilities

Independently carries out Regional HR operations, Compensation & Benefits functions in compliance with HR policies, guidelines and labor law for the Asia Pacific Region. 

  • Acts as an expert in regional C&B functions to assist C&B Manager to oversee HR daily operations, C&B functions, review and formulates HR policies in the region.
  • Assists C&B Manager in consolidating and monitoring HR related budget for 6 branches in Asia Pacific.   
  • Conducts salary survey and benchmarking for the region, manages the internal grading and pay system.
  • Formulates and calculates various incentive plans.
  • Ensures the accuracy of monthly payroll calculation from vendors.
  • Supports and monitors the year-end exercise for the region, such as insurance renewal, salary review and bonus recommendation.
  • Responsible for HR system enhancement and maintenance.
  • Participates in HR projects.

Requirements

  • University graduate or above with minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in multinational companies and with regional exposure.
  • Energetic, positive and a good team player.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Advance level skills in MS Office applications and ERP.
