Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative supports including travel arrangement/itinerary, daily schedule, and personal activities
• Handle daily correspondences and coordinate meetings and projects
• Assist in office administration and operation issues
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent with formal secretarial training
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Independent, Self-motivated and well-organized
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
