Job Description
My client is one of the global leading banks and they are looking for candidates to join their Customer Service team. They provide excellent OT pay. *Multiple Headcounts*
Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound calls handling
- Follow-up on clients' inquiries or requests from clients, external trustees and authorities
- Performing UAT and team support upon request
- Performing administrative works
Requirements
- Degree holder of any fields // fresh graduates are welcomed
- Candidates with no banking experience would also be considered
- Preferably with Customer Service / call centre experience
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin Chinese would be a plus
- Self-driven and able to work effectively and efficiently
