Implement annual plan on new investment product development and management to achieve the Bank’s strategic objectives. Manage the whole process of product development to drive profitability and customer centricity. Perform due diligence for new and existing products. Prepare and maintain procedure manual and monitor effective implementation of the approved programme. Work closely with business lines on the structuring of new products.

Requirements:

• With Bachelor Degree or above, preferably major in Finance, Economics, Investment or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years working experience in Product Development within Banking or Securities industry;
• Passed in LE 1, 7, 8 or equivalent or IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5) is preferred;
• Excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills;
• Adaptable and able to manage projects independently, work well under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Strong PC skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is a must.

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Treasury Marketing Manager.)
