REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• At least 1 year working experience in customer service field, candidates with potential and interest to develop in this field will also be considered; Candidates who are seeking FIXED OVERNIGHT online services jobs are definitely welcome and will be granted higher pay (Please mark in your application)
• Good interpersonal skill and willing to learn
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fast Chinese typing
• SHIFT-DUTY REQUIRED from Monday to Friday, appx 08:00 to 23:30 daily with roster

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Prepare and present the daily market commentary to existing customers 
• Work with the customer relationship team to enhance the customer loyalty
• Provide quality services to customers and answer customers’ enquiries via instant messenger software like WeChat/QQ 
• Provide Customer Services in-door and ONLINE ONLY, No cold call and out-door-sale or face-to-face services required
